1. Using Doodo
By creating an account or using Doodo — the website, the app and the Doodo for Chrome extension — you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Doodo.
2. Who can use it
Doodo is for learners of all ages. If you are under 18, you may use Doodo only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you and is responsible for your use of Doodo. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Doodo is an AI teacher, and it can be wrong
Doodo's lessons, quizzes, plans and notes are written by AI. They are usually right and sometimes not. Check important facts against your textbook, teacher or official sources, especially before an exam. Doodo is a study aid, not professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and it doesn't guarantee any exam result.
4. Fair use
Please don't:
- use Doodo to break the law, or to harass, harm or deceive anyone;
- use Doodo to cheat where your school, college or exam doesn't allow AI help — follow their rules;
- try to get around usage limits, break into accounts or systems, or interfere with Doodo working for others;
- copy, scrape or resell Doodo, or use it to build a competing service;
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal or sexual involving minors.
Doodo is free to use with generous daily limits (for example, 60 lessons a day from Doodo for Chrome) so it stays fast for everyone. A limit never stops a lesson halfway. We may change limits, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
What you put into Doodo — questions, answers, uploads, syllabuses, your own explanations — stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Doodo for you, as the privacy policy describes. The lessons Doodo creates for you are yours to use for your own learning.
6. Web pages you study with Doodo for Chrome
When you ask about a web page, Doodo reads it to teach you and marks it only on your screen; it never changes the website. You are responsible for using pages you're allowed to view. Doodo treats page text as material to teach from and never follows instructions written on a page.
7. Doodo's side
The Doodo service — its software, design, name and logo — belongs to us. We're always improving Doodo, so features may change or be removed. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Ending
You can stop using Doodo and delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you when we can.
9. Responsibility
Doodo is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of Doodo's answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when a change matters. Continuing to use Doodo after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
